Company Overview

Villa Park Landscape has been providing quality landscape maintenance throughout Southern California since 1986. We provide landscape solutions and custom maintenance programs for over 250 businesses and communities. Our team of professionals develop unique landscape programs for all types of commercial landscape maintenance projects, including homeowners associations, corporate businesses, industrial buildings, retail centers, and community parks.

At Villa Park Landscape we believe the key to our success is strong internal management. With exceptional employee retention, our field supervisors have many years of experience within the company and in the landscape industry. We continually provide our field staff with on-going training to keep them up to date with the changing industry and environmental needs of Southern California. Our foremen and workers are trained for specialized job tasks in the field, maintaining expertise in each respective area of landscape maintenance.

Locations

Based in Orange, Villa Park Landscape has branch locations in, and currently services the counties of Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, San Diego and Palm Desert.

Having multiple field locations ensures that staff is close at hand on service days and for emergencies to any project 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Close proximity to accounts decreases drive time and allows the maximum amount of service time on site.

License

Villa Park Landscape is licensed by the State of California with a C-27 license as a Landscape Contractor and a Qualified Pesticide Applicator. In addition, we maintain a Certified Arborist license by the International Society of Arboriculture. We are proud members of these organizations, in which we participate and enhance our knowledge of the industry changes. We are actively involved in the California Landscape Contractor’s Association, California Association of Community Management and various chapters of Community Association Institute.
